My path to home building wasn't a straight line. I explored different types of construction, residential and commercial, across various states. I've seen a lot, and that experience informs everything I do. But home building always called to me. There's something special about helping a family's vision become a reality, turning a design on paper into a place where life unfolds.

I've spent years learning – in the field, in classrooms, and by seeking out innovators in other markets. I've even experimented on my own homes, figuring out what truly makes a house comfortable, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance. I know what design details make a real difference, and I know which ones just add cost without adding value. I'm obsessed with building science and understanding the long-term impact of every decision. True elegance, to me, is quality construction and timeless design.

Building a home today is expensive. Materials, labor, building codes – it all adds up. That's why I keep things simple: my fee is 10% above my builder costs, and I share every cost with you. You're in control of your investment. I'm happy to explain everything along the way – I love talking about this stuff – but I'll follow your lead on how much detail you want.

I'm both the general contractor and the onsite construction manager, so you have one point of contact: me. That also helps keep costs down. My team and I work with a positive, collaborative spirit.
