This closing day seemed like it took an eternity to come, and as relieved as we all are to get this one sold.. I was a little sad when I came to pick my lockbox and sign this morning. This place was once full of my Gigi’s beautiful furniture that I love so much and held so many happy memories. I was only 12 when they bought it. Some very informative graphics from Keeping Current Matters showing the difference in the market now vs 2008. I highly encourage everyone to watch the movie The Big Short if you never have. It’s a phenomenal film and does a great job at showing the fraud and greed that was within the mortgage industry which caused the crash of 2008. Stay calm peeps, the housing market is stabilizing, not crashing!
