This particular tenant never called in work orders and paid their rent on time. Without an interior inspection the property management company had no clue that they were living in complete filth and had destroyed the duplex. Spending a couple hundred dollars a year can help prevent situations like this. This particular owner spent over $20,000 fixing the space after the tenant was kicked out. Here are just a few of the photos but you get the idea of what kind of shape it was in. Without our visit the owner and property management company would have no clue. Let us help you protect your investment and keep and celebrate good tenants.
