The average sales price climbed to **$236,690**, up from **$220,285** last year.
That’s an increase of about **7.4%!** 📈

Average days on market dropped from **111 days to just 93 days**.
That’s **18 fewer days** sitting on the market. Buyers are moving, and sellers are seeing faster activity. 🚀
🏠 **84 HOMES SOLD IN AUGUST**
Compared with 97 sales last August.
And here's something interesting...
📝 **103 NEW PROPERTIES HIT THE MARKET**
Almost exactly in line with last year's 102.
So while new opportunities are still coming onto the market, the total number of homes available has fallen significantly.
