This beautiful commercial building—known for many years as The Livery Tavern—has found its way into the hands of wonderful new owners. Meticulously maintained and lovingly cared for by a local family over the past four years, this restaurant has been a meaningful part of the Lewisburg food scene.

Being involved in this purchase has been one of the highlights of my real estate career so far. It was a truly delightful experience and an incredible opportunity to learn more about the world of commercial real estate—an area of the field that truly lights me up.

Seeing firsthand the impact a restaurant sale can have on a community has been enlightening and a real joy to be part of.
