Southern Maryland is grieving the loss of the 8 members of our community lost in Wednesday’s accident. If you’re looking for a way to support the families, here is one.

Safety tip! Your water heater shouldn’t be set above 120°. Monday’s inspection revealed the water heater was set too high, which could result in potential burns.

What do you do when the wife is concerned about a possible gas leak and you’re a home inspector? Run your Carbon Monoxide and Combustible Gas Detectors at 5:30 in the morning. While most combustible gases have an odor, lethal carbon monoxide is odorless. Mine comes with me on every inspection to ensure your safety.

How far does your inspector travel? While we generally service Southern Maryland, we are licensed for the entire state. Early Sunday morning trip to Frederick.
