Kim Nelsen was raised in Southern California and moved to Lexington in 2016 with her husband, Brian to be closer to their family.

She comes from a background of 15 years in the title and escrow business and brings knowledge of the intricate details of successfully closing real estate transactions which has consistently placed her as a member of the Top Producer's Club. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and having friends and family in her home. She also volunteers at various Christian ministries.
