There are beautiful homes… and then there are homes that leave you speechless.

Just toured a stunning property in Wi******er that truly has it all.

The chef’s kitchen is a dream. The dining room like no other. The great room features some of the most impressive ceilings I’ve ever seen in a single-family home, creating a sense of space and grandeur that’s hard to capture on camera.

And then there’s the primary suite…

A two-story walk-in closet complete with a library ladder, a spa-like bathroom, and finishes that feel straight out of a luxury resort.

The lower level is equally impressive. This isn’t your typical finished basement. With a full kitchen, gym, and beautifully designed living space, it’s the kind of area you’ll actually use every day.

Add in one of Wi******er’s most desirable locations, close to the commuter rail, top-rated schools, charming downtown, and easy access to Boston, and it’s easy to see why this home stands out.

If you’ve been searching for luxury, lifestyle, and location all in one place, this one is worth a closer look.

If I were selling my home tomorrow, I’d look past price and do this first…

I’d focus on presentation.

Because buyers don’t make decisions based on square footage, bedroom count, or even price alone.

They make decisions based on how a home makes them feel.

The homes that generate the most interest are often the ones that are clean, decluttered, well-staged, professionally photographed, and thoughtfully marketed.

Before adjusting the price, ask yourself:

✔️ Does the home show its best features?
✔️ Are the photos attracting clicks?
✔️ Can buyers picture themselves living there?
✔️ Is the marketing reaching the right audience?

The goal isn’t just to get your home on the market.

The goal is to make buyers fall in love with it.

Thinking about selling and wondering where to start? Send me a message. I’d be happy to share what I would do before putting a home on the market.

Stopped by Trader Joe’s today and picked up some flowers to make my mom a Mother’s Day arrangement 💐 I went with mini carnations, soft greenery, and the most beautiful garden roses. Honestly… I think it came out pretty good 😊

There’s just something special about putting it together yourself instead of buying something already made.

Did you get your mom flowers for Mother’s Day? Or are you more of a brunch/gift card/chocolate person? 🌸

From golden hour by the Seine to late nights wandering cobblestone streets… every corner felt like a moment I didn’t want to rush. The kind of place where you sit a little longer, walk a little slower, and somehow everything just feels… special.

The cafés, the architecture, the people-watching (elite, by the way), and yes… every bite, sip, and sweet treat.

Buyer PSA: just because you may need to sign with an agent before touring a home does not mean you need to sign your soul away for 6 months or a year.

Let’s all take a breath.

You do not have to go straight from
“Hey, nice to meet you”
to
“Till death do us part.”

I prefer to meet first, talk through your goals, and see if we’re actually the right fit.

Because buying a home is a process.
And you should be able to date before heading to the altar.

The right agent should earn your trust, not pressure you into a long commitment before you’ve even seen how they work.

So yes, there may be paperwork.
No, it does not have to be forever.
And yes, the terms should be a conversation.

If you’re confused about what you’re being asked to sign, DM me BUYER and I’ll explain it in plain English.

Even punchier version:

New buyer rule PSA:

Needing to sign with an age

🏡 Home Tour in Lexington Under $1M

If you’ve been searching for a home in Lexington that offers space, character, and value, this one is definitely worth seeing.

Welcome to 353 Concord Avenue, Unit 353, a sun filled 4 bedroom historic home offering over 2,300 square feet of living space while blending classic New England charm with thoughtful modern updates. Built in 1813, this home features a renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, multiple living spaces including a formal dining room and family room, plus four spacious bedrooms upstairs.

One of my favorite parts? This property lives like a single family home but is part of a condo association, giving you privacy along with low maintenance convenience, something buyers are increasingly looking for in today’s market.

Located close to Lexington’s highly regarded schools, shopping, and commuter routes, this home offers a rare opportunity to get into Lexington under $1M.

Did you know…
Last year, mortgage interest rates were a little over 7%.
Today, they’re closer to 6%.

On a $500,000 loan, that’s about $325 per month in savings.

Now let’s scale that up 👇
• $1,000,000 purchase = about $650/month savings
• $1,250,000 purchase = about $975/month savings

Same market. Same homes. Very different monthly payments.
If you’ve been waiting on the sidelines, it might be time to rerun the numbers.
