Seeking a farmhouse set back from the road and not too close to neighboring houses. Should be at least two stories, and have an older, but well-cared for feel.

Production company will pay daily rental for up to 6 days, and offer hotel accommodations if the owners would rather have a small vacation while we shoot. Company carries a $1 million insurance policy to protect the property and will treat it with care.

Does not have to match but should carry this general feel.
