📊 Mason 45040 Real Estate Market Update
If you've been wondering what's happening in the Mason housing market, here's the latest:
📈 Median list price: $735,900
📊 Price per square foot: $239
⏱️ Median days on market: just 28 days
🏠 Inventory: 47 homes, ticking up slightly
Despite more homes hitting the market, Mason remains a strong seller's market, but also, nearly 1 in 3 listings have had a price reduction, showing that accurate pricing is becoming more important. Half of the homes currently on the market have been listed for less than 30 days. This should come as no surprise for a market that has been traditionally as strong as Mason.
So, what does this mean?
🏡 Sellers: Well-prepared and properly priced homes are still attracting strong interest. Buyers are out there, but they're becoming more selective.
🔑 Buyers: While competition remains strong, the increase in inventory is creating more opportunities than we've seen in recent years.
