Congrats to Joan, Greg, and Jennifer!! After raising their kids in their beautiful Springboro home, it is finally time to move on for Joan & Greg. Perhaps the best part was being able to sell to Jennifer, whose parents live right around the corner, and have been family friends for decades. Now Jennifer gets to raise her wonderful family there.
