Out of Sight… But Definitely Not Out of Mind.

From above, this elevated deck looked perfectly serviceable. But underneath told a completely different story.

During the inspection, extensive moisture damage was observed on the deck's primary support beams, including:

❌ Advanced wood rot
❌ Fungal and algae growth
❌ Significant splitting and cracking of structural members
❌ Long-term moisture intrusion
❌ Deterioration that may compromise the deck's structural integrity
