Say hello to this adorable 1920s cutie 🏡✨ She’s got the charm, the character, and the great bones… she’s just ready for a little love (okay, maybe a lot of love 😉).

We’re so excited to give this sweet old home a much-needed facelift while keeping all the personality that makes her special. 😍

Even more exciting—this is our first project for a client who is transforming this beauty into a mid-term rental! 🔨🪴🛋️

We’ve got some fun plans in store, and I can’t wait to share the before ➡️ during ➡️ AFTER transformation with you!

🔨 A Special Shoutout to Our Summer MVP 🔨

We need to give a proper thank you to our son Hudson Jones — the hardest working (and cheapest) employee at Alder.

This kid has built decks, built docks, cut tile, done demo, power washed and so much more… honestly if it needs to get done, Hudson’s already done it. His pay rate? Basically just feed him and he’s happy. Zero complaints, unlimited appetite, 100% work ethic. 😂

But in all seriousness — he shows up every single summer, works side by side with Zach, and genuinely loves being part of these homes we pour ourselves into. Alder wouldn’t be Alder without him.

We are so incredibly proud of this kid. 🧡

First day of summer and the kids are already living their best lives 🔨 Forget the pool — nothing says “school’s out” like swinging a sledgehammer. They say kids love a good glow-up… turns out that applies to houses too. Demo day > any day.
