This one is hard to say goodbye to… The amazing sunset views, memories of hot summer days during construction and cooling off in the lake. Pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone and accepting the challenges of strange floor plans, complicated HVAC systems, building a 910 sq ft. dock, and getting to design a home that feels like a retreat every time you step through the door. Wow, what a whirlwind it’s been and we definitely won’t forget it. We will be handing over the keys on Tuesday to a sweet family that will be enjoying lake days for many years to come. And for us, keep watching our page cuz we are just getting started. ✨

New egress window went in at Jade Ct. this week, along with all new second floor windows plus we added more natural light to the extended kitchen with a new window on the side of the house. Thanks to BarnBros Contracting and Veteran Renovations for their fantastic work on this flip.

Behind the scenes🎬🤩

When you walk into one of our flips, you will notice good craftsmanship, beautiful finishes, and fresh bright paint colors. Some of the things we do that may go unnoticed are just as important.

☝️ Example #1: Air duct cleaning
This is something we do towards the end of our projects. This ensures clean air moving throughout the home. Especially important for those who may suffer from allergies. 🤧 We want to make sure we get rid of any previous pet dander/hair, years of accumulated dust, and any construction debris to ensure the new owners will be breathing clean air in their new home.
