💰Nearly $1.1m is the avg sale price of a home in Monmouth County, with 31% of sales in cash!

Is it Netflix, is it NY, a combination of both?

Inventory is still virtually nil throughout the county, the numbers per township vary as does competition - so take some of the figures with a grain of salt. However, it's interesting to see the median price of a condo coming down year over year but clearly demand is still high as that is the more affordable starting point for first time home buyers.

Great to be apart of and help rebuild this historic organization.. it’s been quite the re-build but lots of progress being made thanks to all our amazing volunteers!

On Friday, Deputy Mayor Rick Hibell and Committeewoman Kimberly Kratz joined the New Jersey Blind Citizens Association (NJBCA) for the grand re-opening of its thrift shop, Anne's Thrift Shop! 🎉

Now under new management, the thrift shop serves as a place for people to donate and shop for one-of-a-kind items all while supporting the NJBCA's mission. 🛍️

The NJBCA (18 Burlington Avenue, Leonardo) is a nonprofit that provides statewide assistance for those who are blind and visually impaired. ❤️

The nonprofit also currently hosts "Camp Happiness" biweekly, which is a day full of programming for the nonprofit's members, fostering an inclusive environment for them to socialize and participate in fun activities. 🤩
