I'm so proud of this dude. Sergio is a true example of the American dream. Originally from Mexico, a single father, he came up to Oregon, works at a union job in McMinnville, and saved up to get him and his daughter their first home. It was a privilege to help them make this goal a reality, and to help them find the stability they've been wanting. It's also interesting to see McMinnville become an adorable place to live. Quite a bit different from my time in school there.
