Here are my favorite spots in Downtown Downers Grove:

You know what really makes me cringe? When a Realtor brags that their listing "sold in 2 days!" What they actually mean is, it was on the market for only 2 days. But they completely discredited all the work they did to get it ABLE to sell in 2 days!

The truth is, my pre-marketing, my countless hours spent talking with the sellers, visiting their home, giving them cleaning recommendations, choosing paint colors, constant texting about odds and ends, not to mention constantly studying the market, this can take weeks or even MONTHS to prepare a home to sell!

These social media highlight reels "sold in x days" miss the full picture of what I bring to the table, and it's my mission to make sure you know my worth because that's what you're paying me for, afterall!
