You see the exciting parts—the home tours, the open houses, the professional photo shoots, the champagne popping on closing day.

But what you don’t see is everything else that goes into making a deal come together.

From negotiating offers at 10 PM, coordinating inspections and appraisals, to managing last-minute surprises that pop up, every part of this process is about one thing: making sure you have the smoothest experience possible.

Behind every home tour, there are hours of research and planning.

Behind every offer, there’s strategy and negotiation.

Behind every professional photo that makes this job look easy, there are a million different roles that I happily play—project manager, market analyst, local expert, stager and designer, negotiator, and problem solver—all to ensure that when it’s time for you to make one of the biggest decisions of your life, you’ve got everything you need.

Real estate is about trust, relationships, and doing the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. And, honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours! 🧡

In this season, I’m reminded of why I love what I do: helping people find the place they get to call home.

Home is where we gather, celebrate, and make memories with the ones we love. I hope tomorrow finds you around a table filled with loved ones.

I’m so grateful for my wonderful clients, incredible support system, and this amazing community.

Happy Thanksgiving!

You toured the home and you loved it. Now what? 🤔

Before we jump into making an offer, there are a few important questions we need to get answers to.

This isn’t just about loving the space—you want to know all the details so there are no surprises later.

Swipe for five things that we need to consider.

These questions aren’t just checklist items—they’re about making sure you’re moving forward with confidence and no surprises. Making an offer is a big step, but that’s why I’m here: to guide you through it, ask the right questions, and make sure we’re making the best possible decision for your future.

Wondering what today's buyers are really looking for in a home these days?

It comes down to one thing: convenience.

Today’s buyers want homes that are totally updated, move-in ready, and require little to no work.

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) 2023 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 77% of buyers won’t even consider homes with major repairs or outdated features. This preference for convenience is driven by the desire for a smooth transition and to avoid additional expenses on renovations after moving in.

If you have an older home, don't panic! You don’t have to commit to a full renovation to attract buyers.

Here’s what we can do instead:

✔️ Adjust the price to reflect the work that might be needed, making it more attractive to buyers who are okay with (or even excited about) doing a bit of updating themselves.
✔️ Even if your home isn’t fully updated, we’ll focus on its strengths—like a great layout, strong bones, or that beautiful backyard. Buyers love potential!
✔️ If it makes sense, we can offer to cover part of the buyer’s closing costs or give a credit for updates. Sometimes, a little flexibility goes a long way.

There’s always a way to make your home stand out. Let’s chat whenever you're ready.

This year, I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing clients I’ve had the privilege to work with.

Real estate is never boring—that’s for sure. The market can be unpredictable, and every day is a little different from the last.

But what I do know is that having amazing people to work with, and work for, makes all the difference.

Around this time of year, it's hard not to feel gratitude for my supportive family and a great team.

Every client, every new connection, every closing day—it’s all worth celebrating.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. If there’s ever anything I can do to help you, I’m just a DM away!

There’s nothing quite like walking into a home that smells like fall or winter—instant cozy vibes!

Here are some easy ways to make your home smell inviting this season.

Simmer Pot: Throw some cinnamon sticks, orange slices, and cloves into a pot of water and let it simmer—your home will smell like holiday magic in no time.
Candles: Go for scents like “pumpkin spice,” “apple pie,” or “pine”—they can make any room feel instantly more inviting.
Essential Oils: Add a few drops of cinnamon, eucalyptus, or vanilla essential oil to a diffuser for that seasonal touch.
Bake Something: Honestly, nothing beats the smell of freshly baked cookies. Bonus: You get to eat them afterward!

What’s your favorite scent to bring out that fall and winter feeling? Let me know below!
