I’ve had this conversation with more than one seller lately, so I felt like it was worth talking about here too.

Homes over $500,000 are taking longer to sell right now. Not because they aren’t good homes and not necessarily because something is wrong. There are simply more of them available and fewer buyers shopping in that price range.

If your home has been sitting longer than you expected, I know that can feel frustrating. But it doesn’t mean it isn’t going to sell. It may just mean the right buyer is taking a little longer to find it.

And while we wait, we’re still paying attention, having honest conversations and doing the work. 🤍

A few weeks ago, you still had to use a little imagination inside 904 Cimarron. Now the countertops are in, the kitchen backsplash is finished, and tile is going into the bathrooms and the vision is finally coming to life.

This is my favorite part of a new build: when it stops feeling like a construction site and starts feeling like a home. 🫶🏻
