Just one look. That’s all it took, right? And you couldn’t have picked a better boy for love at first sight. His name is Bogart, and his past is scary. Bogart was dumped at a homeless camp where no one has the means to care for a dog. When rescued, Bogart was emaciated. And all the pads on his paws were injured. We don’t know what all happened, but it wasn’t good. Bogart is healthy and healed now. And he’s a ray of sunshine. Bright, happy, friendly and super sweet, Bogart loves to explore and play. He’s a golden retriever mix, almost 2 years old. He weighs 58 pounds. He is a beautiful boy with an open heart big enough to love a whole family. And their neighbors.

Yesterday was bittersweet -- I met Susan shortly after I got my real estate license (5 years ago), and we have stayed in touch all this time. Yesterday, we closed on the Sale of her current home, and got her into the CUTEST Mid-Century Modern bungalow WITH A POOL! It is so sad when the deal is over, and we don't get to talk EVERY DAY! I cannot WAIT for the housewarming party on this one 😍.
