π§βοΈ Maintenance Tip Monday βοΈπ§
With Arkansas temperatures heating up, your A/C is working hard to keep your home comfortable!
Did you know? Most central heating and air systems are designed to cool your apartment approximately 18β20 degrees below the outdoor temperature. During extreme heat, it's normal for your A/C to run longer than usual to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
β
Help your A/C perform its best:
β’ Keep doors and windows closed
β’ Close blinds during the hottest part of the day
β’ Keep air vents clear of furniture and belongings
β’ Replace air filters regularly
β’ Avoid constantly adjusting your thermostat
π§ If you notice water dripping from a vent, ceiling, or A/C area, place a bucket, or a pan underneath to help prevent damage and notify the office as soon as possible.
β οΈ Contact the office if your A/C is blowing warm air, stops running, or your apartment temperature continues to rise significantly above your thermostat setting.
Stay cool and stay hydrated this summer! βοΈπ βοΈ
