📲 The story here is that while there is a lot of ACTIVE INVENTORY, the Buyers have started to come back into the market and scoop up the good homes at good prices.

We think we will continue to see buyer demand slowly increase, as well as hopefully seeing mortgage rates bump down a little more as time goes on...💪
