OKAY okay, let me explain!! While these items are usually needed to buy a home with conventional mortgages, There is a Federal program (that I actually used myself called the USDA rural development SFH direct loan) that will allow you to buy a home with no downpayment if you can prove your “ability and willingness to repay” So even if you do not have a perfect score or big bank account you can still be a homeowner! *There is still HOPE* They keep saying the Millenials and GenZ make up renter nation and we can change that! Investopedia.com states:
“Over the last five years, the number of Millennial homeowners increased by 7 million to reach 18.2 million in 2022, according to a report from RentCafe. Although the generation as a whole became an owner-majority, Millennials still make up the largest number of renters in the U.S. at 17.2 million. The shift leaves Gen Z as the only renter-majority generation in the country, with a 74% share of the renting population and 4.5 million renters added since 2017. By the end of 2022, Gen Z reached 5.6 million renter households. Millennials are the generation born between 1981 and 1996, while Gen Z extends from 1997 to 2012.”

Hello, I'm Rose Goldilocs, I had an eye-opening experience when buying my first home using the USDA rural development home loan. They say you don't choose USDA, It chooses you, but if You are like any other millennial/GenZ and you can choose to live a littler further from teh city, You can also buy a home. It's possible! I've done Loads of research so you don't have to! I really didn't have any money just my job. My apartment was complete garbage and a true horror but somehow we did it.
If you really want it you can get it! and anybody that says otherwise really isnt being honest. Follow for tips regarding this amazing loan. There are two versions so you want to make sure you choose the right one for you!
