What are some of the requirements to buy a house?
1. Have a permanent job.
2. A down payment.Learn to save for a down payment
Better yet if you could discipline yourself to pay cash by disciplined savings. It is easier said than done.
3. If your employer can set up automatic deposit for your savings
Even few dollars done consistently grows.
4. The ideal down payment is 20%
So that you don’t have to pay PMI.
PMI means private mortgage insurance. It is an insurance for the 20% that is required by banks to protect their loss just in case you don’t pay your house and get foreclosed.

Working Hard Pays with God’s help.

While working in a hotel full time and selling real estate I was able to receive this awards by God’s grace.
I have 3 small kids at that time. Sammy is 10, ER is 9 and Christine is 7 and my wife is in hygiene school.
Because I was assigned by our Pastor Rev Alykhan Armamento to teach a series on financial freedom in our church Jesus Tabernacle. I said to myself , why not allow God to prove himself strong on my behalf.
God made a miracle in our life that my neighbors in Country Village Jersey City are allowing me to sell their house. As a result I was able to support my family and able to pay my wife’s tuition fee in full by the time she graduates.

I’m currently back In Jersey City and Union County Allowing God to show himself strong on my behalf by applying biblical principles.

2 Chronicles 16:9 “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.....
