WE ARE CLOSED!!! Perfect little home in Hartfield. Congratulations to everyone!!! 🎉 This one was so sweet. ⬇️

On closing day, my seller was still at the house cleaning and getting everything ready for the new buyers and we all ended up closing together. We sat around talking about the house, the neighborhood and how this really wasn’t going to be one of those closings where everyone signs papers and never speaks again.

The buyers and I already decided we’re having smash burgers in the driveway one day and sending the sellers pictures of it all going down.

Also to mention while we were closing, people from the neighborhood started showing up too. It turned into this little unexpected closing day gathering and it was such a reminder of what I love about living and working in a small community.

Good people all the way around. I’m just really grateful I got to be a part of bringing these two sides together and helping make it happen in a way that I think everyone involved will remember and tell stories about for a long time.

Oh and icing on the cake was my UPS boyfriend Mark showing up as well. I love this town.

The house that took #1 this week!!!

What a week it has been, especially with our scheduling and showing platform going down... trying not to double book showings, keeping up with people showing up from social media and signs without being scheduled and somehow being the coordinator in the middle of everything else happening around me 😂 interesting but we made it!!!!

I have had this listing in the works for the last two months, getting everything ready so we could bring it to market the right way. When I first met with my clients, we talked through everything we needed to do to make this house stand out and I think it is safe to say all of that preparation worked.
