If you've had the pleasure of working with **Leslie Carroll**, you already know she brings knowledge, honesty, and genuine care to every client she serves.

As the Managing Broker of Providence Land & Home, Leslie helps buyers and sellers with everything from residential homes to land and lots. She's also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), helping families confidently navigate life's biggest transitions with compassion and expert guidance.

Before beginning her real estate career, she spent more than a decade leading user experience research and earned a Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology—studying how people think, make decisions, and interact with the world around them.

Today, she brings that same thoughtfulness and genuine curiosity to every real estate client she serves.

Whether you're buying your first home, moving your growing family, or navigating a major life transition, her goal is simple: to make the process feel calm, clear, and supported from start to finish.
