Well, we have talked about this every single year for six years, and it's finally happening! Anyone want to buy my house with a 2.5% assumable mortgage so we can move back to the east coast 🙂?? ***Buyers must look into mortgage qualifications. Some of the things we love about this house are its quality built, the large, flat backyard with outdoor speaker system and the warm hardwood floors that decorate a very spacious layout. We also have really great neighbors and feel we got lucky with the street we landed on. But home is home. We miss the cities, the ocean, the food, our families, our friends and the lives we knew. The kids are excited and ready and that made this a whole lot easier. And will I still be doing real estate where we move to? YES. I have to move my license and probably study AGAIN but I appreciate everyone who told me, don't give it up. 🙂 Anyway, please come check out my house and tell everyone you know who might be looking!
