There are two types of buyers. Some buyers attack the market and make the bold decision to get qualified and start their home buying process . Then there are other buyers that sit around and hope for prices to drop, rates to drop, wait for the right "time" to buy, or dont take the first step and qualify to see what needs to be done .
As you can see Bravo is attacking his toy, Jax has the toy right next to him and he chooses to do nada .
