Meeting a newly retired police officer and Marine at the door steps was quite intimidating at first, but a few phone calls and finally a sit down, his family found clarity in what I had shared about the market. Amid all the uncertainty in the market, with brokerages calling each other in fear and clients unsure of whatâs next with the economy⌠blah blah blah, this story stands out as a reminder of what it takes to truly serve.
