Back in early March 2020, before the world shut down, I had the opportunity (of a lifetime) to travel to Vietnam to shoot Red Boat’s cookbook! I’ve know for years - from my time working at Proof and being in the food world - I was so excited and honored to be asked to help with this project.

During our trip, it was a confusing and stressful time in the world, but we managed to produce a very special book and TODAY we finally get to share it with the world! 📚 It’s been a long time coming- shooting, planning, recipe testing, and daily Zoom’n 👩🏼‍💻 - all while in quarantine. And now, it’s FINALLY here!

So many talented individuals worked on this beautiful book - the incredible writing/recipe duo of Tien & Diep, amazing photography by 📸 Oriana Koren, killer prop + food styling from (Vietnam) + (LA), and last, but not least The RB Phamily - Cuong, , Tracy, Kevin & Ann!

You will LOVE all the stories and history, but more importantly, cooking all the delicious meals from this book with some of your nearest and dearest!
