pointed. Our job at PMHI is from the first meeting to let the customer know that we are here for them and their best interests. Many inspection companies have a tendency to be "alarmists", by making each and every item that they find a critical failure or extremely unsafe; or sometimes even condescending, feeling the need to prove that they are experts in their field and use jargon that can often leave a client confused. This type of attitude and/or language can make a potential homebuyer or seller nervous and overwhelmed, possibly deterring them from moving forward. A thorough, honest and objective on site inspection, coupled with a detailed report, will reveal the true characteristics and deficiencies of a property that a buyer and/or seller should be informed of. At PMHI we feel that when given all the appropriate information pertaining to a property a client can make a sound, educated decision on what course of action they will take. Every inch of the property is inspected, including all structural, electrical, HVAC system, roofing and plumbing. Our inspectors are incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the home but or course there have been times when even they are unsure and if unable to answer a question onsite, we have an extensive list of licensed professionals in each trade who are there when we need them. Ultimately at PMHI, we want our clients to understand every item by the time we are finished as well as the confidence to make the best decision.
