I'm continuously solicited by real estate photographers who have just entered the business but have been photographers for many years. They can take really great pictures, but in my business, the key is...can you capture a lifestyle? That is a gift that many do not possess. This was the easiest way for me to point out the difference. All of the following pictures are of the same community pool; two photos are of the pool, and the other three capture the lifestyle. I do not possess this gift of capturing a lifestyle through the lens, this is why I hire it out and explain the lifestyle I need to see come through in the photos. And yes, this is the meticulous OCD I have for every listing.
