Inventory is at an all-time LOW and purchaser demand is HIGH!
🤔 What does that mean if you're a seller??? It gives you leverage to negotiate the best deal possible. Many homes are getting multiple offers and some are selling above listing price 😲 Not to mention they are selling fast. But as interest rates rise the amount of buyers on the market will decrease. So if you're thinking of selling it might be better to do so sooner rather then later.🤷🏼‍♂️
