This one was a 7-month passion project, but from the moment I saw this special hillside Spanish, I was determined to sell it - and sell it, we did!!!

The owner had fallen in a love with a Northern California ranch home and was racing to sell this home to buy the next.

After our initial meeting, the seller made the tough decision in choosing speed over quality. She went with another agent, who had the home shot and on the market in 48 hours. The home sat, passed by and overlooked with no amount of price manipulation getting her to the number she wanted.

4 months passed.

We reconnected with the seller in February, she was tired and frustrated. We discussed how and why we put so much effort into the way we present our homes. And this time she got it. She let us take the reins and turn her home into an experience.

4 weeks later the home had been transformed and was ready for market, but it would never make it…

Dozens of phone calls, multiple interested buyers and two incredible off-market offers received before we had ever listed.

We’ve officially closed on our beautiful hillside listing in El Sereno! Garnering 350+ open houses visitors, a total of 13 offers and closing in 14 days at $366k over list price, our seller is incredibly happy and very excited for their next adventure.

And while the numerous offers and a comp-setting closing price was the outcome everyone was hoping for, it wasn’t achieved without its own set of challenges.

Countless hours went into staging, re-staging and then a meticulous re-styling of the home, timelines had be to adjusted and vendors rescheduled but the finished product simply spoke for itself. The magic of the home was perfectly highlighted and buyers responded just as we had expected - in masses.
