Agnes Ferreyra is a 15-year veteran of the real estate business. She founded DTLA-Residential, one of Downtown Los Angeles’ leading realty companies. Her goal is simple– inspire all to experience the rebirth of Downtown by providing first-class services to this community. She came into her profession through previous career experiences that prepared her to be an efficient, produ

ctive and skillful partner for her large clientage. In the 1980s and 1990s, she honed her talents in contract reading & writing, comprehension of legal forms, as well as, disclosures and negotiating as a legal secretary for prominent Los Angeles attorneys. From 1990 to 2010, she became a partner at GF Productions, which specialized in creating interior sets and utilized high-tech processes for the motion picture industry. There– Agnes brokered deals with companies such as Warner Bros. Studio, Walt Disney Studios, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, and Universal Studios. Her underlying passion for buying and selling her own homes sparked a lifelong commitment to finding great properties, and recognizing potential. In 2007, she decided to advance as a licensed realtor. Agnes became well-known for her ability to identify with the needs and expectations of her clients. When Downtown LA began to evolve, she co-founded Lifestyles L.A., deciding to focus on this exciting metropolitan renaissance! She is a pioneer resident of the area, working to make it "the" place to live and work.
