Think buying land and building in LA is cheaper? ๐Ÿ‘€
Let me bust that myth real quick ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿก

A vacant lot might look like a steal at $150k vs a $1.2M starter homeโ€ฆ but land is just the beginning.

Add grading, permits, utilities, plans, insurance, and site work, and you can tack on another $250k easy.

Then building a modest 1,400 sq ft home can run around $1M.

All in, youโ€™re closer to $1.4M, before financing, delays, and surprises ๐Ÿ˜…

Thatโ€™s why I often recommend buying a home thatโ€™s already standing first, then building later when the numbers really work.

LA real estate is about strategy, not just sticker price โœจ
