Circa 2004–2006, I decided to get back into acting and modeling while working a full-time job downtown for a very well-known company. One day, I snuck out on my lunch break to attend an audition. The room was packed with models and actresses. Long story short—I booked the job. ✨
A week or so later, I arrived on set and met the most gorgeous children: Amiyah and Madison (twins), and Tyler and Taylor (twins). For that commercial, I got to play a wife and mother. I had twin daughters, a handsome husband, and three beautiful children. (They only used one of the twin boys!)
About 12 years ago, my friend Anthony Hall sent me a photo of a beautiful little girl he had seen in a commercial. His message said, “If you had a daughter, she would look like this.” What struck me was that I had already seen that commercial and had been completely mesmerized by this little girl’s face. There was just something so special about her.
I posted the photo on Facebook and commented, “Wow, she kind of looks like one of the little girls I worked with years ago.” To my surprise, her mom reached out and said, “It is her!” We reconnected through Facebook and stayed in touch over the years.
Fast forward to 2026. Last Saturday in Hermosa Beach, I spotted a beautiful young woman sitting at the bar. She looked familiar, and after working up the courage to say hello, I discovered it was Amiyah—my “twin daughter” from that Audi commercial—all grown up at 25 years old.
Soon, I was reunited with both Amiyah and Maddie, and seeing them together was incredibly emotional. I couldn’t stop looking at them. They were stunning little girls, but they have grown into accomplished, kind, intelligent, and absolutely beautiful young women.
I’ve always wanted a daughter, and as I sat there looking at them, I couldn’t help but think that if I had one, she might look something like them. Watching them grow from
little girls into remarkable young women felt like a gift—one of those rare, full-circle moments I’ll never forget. Thank you
