After running at what feels like over 100mph every day I finally took some time to reflect on our numbers and what we have done as a team so far this year.

Feeling great today as a few of my business partners and I getting very close to closing on a new mass acre parcel! 🙌

One of the biggest keys I have found to my success has been creating new opportunities and inventory by living below my means and reinvesting a majority of income earned. 👈

By doing so, it has allowed me to develop over 50 acres into a 120+ home development, develop 46 storage units, 30 large estate style lots and SO MUCH MORE on the horizon, all by REINVESTING. 💥
