Wanted to share a recent case study on a 5-unit Jason and I just closed on. With less than a 30-day escrow, we helped guide both parties through some significant deferred maintenance. We ended up closing all cash with the buyer agreeing to take on the sewer work post closing.

The out-of-state seller is now exchanging into numerous New Mexico assets. Another successful closing with satisfied clients!

2023 was an incredibly slow year for multifamily and CRE in general. Proud to be a part of this incredible team that know what it looks like to work hard, put in the hours, and achieve great results.

Moving into 2024 is encouraging and I am optimistic. Competition that couldnt weather the storm has phased out, and we really had to strengthen our fundamentals.
