If your stock doubles, sell 20%. Every time.

Not 50%. Not all. 20%.

Why the 20% rule prints money:
1. Lock profit - Nobody goes broke taking profit
2. Stay in - Own 80% if it 10x’s
3. Kill greed - Emotion turns winners into losers
4. Get ammo - Cash for the next dip

NVDA: $40 to $400. Sell 20% every double = 5x your money. Still in.

CNBC says “let winners run.”
Brokers want fees. Twitter says “HODL.”

They’re wrong.

I watched TSLA go $20 → $400 → $100.
$10K → $200K → $15K.

The 20% rule stops that.

HODL guys watch 80% drawdowns.
Profit takers buy houses.

I did this with FNMA and MSTR. It works.

LA is KILLING the restaurant scene

Cole’s French Dip: closed after 118 years.
Taix: after 99 years. Closed till 2030.
Crustacean: 30 years. Evicted.
The Original Saugus: after 140 years. Closed.
Manzke, Bicyclette, Catch Steak, Lavo, Drakes, Connie & Ted’s, Stella. All gone! bankrupt!

Every owner says the same thing: “We can’t survive LA.”

It’s not the food. It’s the math.

The math that killed them:

1. Labor: $20/hr min = $65K/yr dishwasher
2. Insurance: Up 400% since 2020 fires
3. Hollywood production gone: Lunch crowds + catering = dead
4. Rent: Landlords evict families spots for Cheesecake Factory type

I grew up in LA. Restaurants used to print cash. Now LA prints losses.

But here’s the part no one says out loud:
The same politicians dining at these places wrote the laws that crushed them.

Comment DEAD if you think LA is done.
Comment ALIVE if you think it comes back.

FNMA is $6 today. If conservatorship ends, it could jump to $25 - $40.

I’m building my MSTR position while everyone is scared. The company has enough cash to stay alive for a long time, and real trouble only happens if Bitcoin stays under $75k from now until 2028 and I don’t see that happening.

I think Bitcoin finds a bottom around $45 to 55k range in the coming months, and MSTR should start moving up after that.

All this fear about Microstrategy is actually a good sign. People who bought high are selling at a loss, and that usually happens right before big opportunities. Long term, MSTR looks undervalued to me, and I’m sticking to my plan. As always not financial advice (not not may) just my take on MSTR and why I’m buying more.
