From the outset, Craig and David’s love and knowledge of 20th Century architectural styles has been an asset to their real estate sales business. Given the prevalence of European Revivalist dwellings throughout Los Angeles, especially in the aforementioned neighborhoods they primarily work in, buyers and sellers benefit from an uncommon acumen. The influence of classic forms is evident in their residential development projects, too. They are hands-on when it comes the planning, design, and management of their creations, which are ultimately realized with the contemporary Southern California lifestyle in mind. Measured in financial AND aesthetic terms, their success — which began as personal investment projects (aka “house flipping”) — eventually led to building and renovation services for clients. The relationship between sales and development projects has become a mutually beneficial one. The experience of building and renovating residential properties continues to provide Craig and David with a unique insight for clients whose goal may be, to ‘just’ buy or sell.
