Centennial Yards Atlanta is on a mission to build the future of Downtown Atlanta, and part of that mission is giving back to the community at its heart.

Team members from our Atlanta office recently traded hard hats and construction plans for polo shirts and golf clubs at the 2024 City of Atlanta Mayor’s Cup Golf Tournament.

The event supported the Mayor’s Youth Scholarship Program, which provides Atlanta students with need-based funding to attend college.

Our team enjoyed a wonderful day on the green at Chastain Park Golf Club while making a positive impact in the community.

One of the largest mixed-use destinations in the United States, Miami Worldcenter is set to deliver a world-class selection of dynamic brands and innovative experiences to the heart of Downtown Miami.

Villa One Tequila Gardens, co-founded by Nick Jonas and menswear designer John Varvatos, will soon join the leading lineup of culinary venues at the development. The restaurant will offer a raw bar, tequila tasting room serving over 150 tequilas and mezcals, Mexican-inspired cocktails and cuisine, and a speakeasy.

“Villa One Tequila is a one-of-a-kind bar and restaurant that brings another dimension in dining to Miami Worldcenter. It is an example of our focus on activating the property’s outdoor spaces and rooftops to provide a wealth of opportunities for guests to enjoy the beautiful setting and area views,” said Shaul Kuba, co-founder of CIM Group.

The sky's the limit for our Project Destined mentees! Last month, we kicked off our Spring 2024 Internship program with Project Destined in Los Angeles. Four CIM mentors were selected to support undergraduate students from local universities as they prepare for the next step in their commercial real estate careers.

The mentors and mentees recently toured CIM assets in the Sycamore District of Hollywood. The excursion provided them with invaluable first-hand insights into the investment and management aspects of our properties.

Centennial Yards Atlanta recently signed a long-term lease with Cosm, a leading immersive technology, media, and entertainment company.

The 70,000-square-foot, three-level immersive entertainment venue will deliver live sports and experiential entertainment in Shared Reality.

Cosm is the first addition to the new world-class Sports and Entertainment District that broke ground at the project earlier this summer.

“At Centennial Yards, we have the opportunity to reshape a major area of Atlanta as a walkable and appealing destination for residents and visitors, and key to that effort is bringing unique and engaging businesses such as Cosm that attract people to the district,” said Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group.

Our team members in LA recently joined forces with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles for a build day at the Holmes development of eight townhomes in the Florence-Firestone community. Our volunteers helped install siding panels to enclose the walls around the garage framing of four homes.
