I have to say I experienced one of the best new construction final walkthroughs with my clients at the Landsea Westerly in Simi Valley today.

I really like this builder/developer company. It was both pleasant and informative and everything was absolute perfection and not shoddily done as I unfortunately often see. Literally only had a few markups for minor chips in paint and they offer a free touch up within 30 days after move-in.

I thought that was super. Incredibly excited for my clients to call this their new home next week! We had gone into contract just as Covid hit so this is a nice light at the end of a tunnel for them.

Happy to be out there and working again and seeing people realize their dreams 😊❤️✨
