Dear Homeowners,
We’re excited to share how fantastic the towers are looking as our exterior painting project continues. Your positive feedback has been wonderful, and we’re thrilled with the transformation so far.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who promptly cleared their balconies to allow the painters safe and efficient access. Your cooperation has been critical to the success of this project. You will be noticed when it is your time to relocate items on your balcony, this message is for those who have already been noticed, the rest of you will be noticed soon.

✅ What’s Next: Returning Items to Your Balcony
As you begin placing items back on your balcony, please remember:
🔹 Only outdoor furniture and plants are permitted�🔹 Do NOT use balconies for storage of excess or unwanted items from your home

🔥 Fire Safety Regulations
As shared in the letter sent over a year ago, the Association must comply with the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) 57.315.3 12.2, per our new Fire Marshal.

To ensure fire safety and community compliance, the following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on balconies:

🚫 Flammable or combustible items (e.g., propane barbecues)�🚫 Umbrellas or trellises�🚫 Boxes, clothing racks, space heaters, lighting fixtures�🚫 Any item posing a fire hazard or visible nuisance

⚠️ Fire Marshal inspections are scheduled, and units in violation may be subject to citations or fines.

A quick reminder from the elevator company: please avoid holding the elevator doors open, as this can cause disruptions and even damage the door mechanisms — leading to further service interruptions.

A Message to our North Tower Residents:

We want to inform you that the middle elevator repair has been delayed due to difficulty sourcing a required part. Despite our contractor’s efforts, the part is currently backordered and not readily available.
We understand how frustrating this is and assure you we’re doing everything possible to expedite the repair. We’ll provide updates as soon as we have a confirmed timeline.

Time is running out if you want your vote to count in the upcoming Board Election.

If you did not receive your ballot package it is your responsibility to call the HOA Election Experts at 877-877-7530 and request a replacement.

The voting instructions are very specific and must be followed to prevent your ballot from being invalidated. Be sure your official address and signature are on the front of the mailing envelope and that your ballot is properly marked and sealed in the second ballot envelope with no identifying marks.

If you have any questions call HOA Election Experts 877-877-7530. Do not give your ballot to anyone or leave it in the Management Office.

Severe and destructive winds are forecasted to impact our area in the coming days. Many residents still have items on their balconies that could become hazardous to others. Please take immediate action to remove any items that could be blown away. The Association will not be held responsible for missing items or damage caused by these Santa Ana winds. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

By now all owners should have received their new monthly statement via First Class mail for your HOA dues from Horizon Management to the physical address you have on file with the Association. Included in the package is also a welcome letter introducing you to Horizon and providing your payment options. To ensure your payments are promptly received monthly, we recommend setting up auto pay through the end of the fiscal year, August 2025.
If you have not received your statement you must call Horizon Management at 310-543-1995.
