It’s time for new laundry machines! Please pay attention to signage in your tower for specific dates on machine removal and replacement. Remember, use up the cash credit on your laundry cards as there are no refunds when the new payment system is installed.

Also, please be a courteous neighbor and read carefully how to properly use the machines by being careful not to put too much soap or over stuff the machines. Let’s all do our part to keep the laundry rooms functional and clean.

Preventative maintenance is now underway in the South Tower. Make sure that you have a key on file for your unit and have given permission to enter or plan to be home to allow the engineers to perform this necessary work in your unit. Dear Homeowners,
We’re excited to share how fantastic the towers are looking as our exterior painting project continues. Your positive feedback has been wonderful, and we’re thrilled with the transformation so far.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who promptly cleared their balconies to allow the painters safe and efficient access. Your cooperation has been critical to the success of this project. You will be noticed when it is your time to relocate items on your balcony, this message is for those who have already been noticed, the rest of you will be noticed soon.

✅ What’s Next: Returning Items to Your Balcony
As you begin placing items back on your balcony, please remember:
🔹 Only outdoor furniture and plants are permitted�🔹 Do NOT use balconies for storage of excess or unwanted items from your home

🔥 Fire Safety Regulations
As shared in the letter sent over a year ago, the Association must comply with the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) 57.315.3 12.2, per our new Fire Marshal.

To ensure fire safety and community compliance, the following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on balconies:

🚫 Flammable or combustible items (e.g., propane barbecues)�🚫 Umbrellas or trellises�🚫 Boxes, clothing racks, space heaters, lighting fixtures�🚫 Any item posing a fire hazard or visible nuisance

⚠️ Fire Marshal inspections are scheduled, and units in violation may be subject to citations or fines.

A Message to our North Tower Residents:

We want to inform you that the middle elevator repair has been delayed due to difficulty sourcing a required part. Despite our contractor’s efforts, the part is currently backordered and not readily available.
We understand how frustrating this is and assure you we’re doing everything possible to expedite the repair. We’ll provide updates as soon as we have a confirmed timeline.
