⚠️ IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTICE- �BALCONY USE REMINDER. �Exterior Painting Project & Fire Safety Compliance
Dear Homeowners,
We’re excited to share how fantastic the towers are looking as our exterior painting project continues. Your positive feedback has been wonderful, and we’re thrilled with the transformation so far.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who promptly cleared their balconies to allow the painters safe and efficient access. Your cooperation has been critical to the success of this project. You will be noticed when it is your time to relocate items on your balcony, this message is for those who have already been noticed, the rest of you will be noticed soon.
✅ What’s Next: Returning Items to Your Balcony
As you begin placing items back on your balcony, please remember:
🔹 Only outdoor furniture and plants are permitted�🔹 Do NOT use balconies for storage of excess or unwanted items from your home
🔥 Fire Safety Regulations
As shared in the letter sent over a year ago, the Association must comply with the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) 57.315.3 12.2, per our new Fire Marshal.
To ensure fire safety and community compliance, the following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on balconies:
🚫 Flammable or combustible items (e.g., propane barbecues)�🚫 Umbrellas or trellises�🚫 Boxes, clothing racks, space heaters, lighting fixtures�🚫 Any item posing a fire hazard or visible nuisance
⚠️ Fire Marshal inspections are scheduled, and units in violation may be subject to citations or fines.
