including building and land acquisition for the above projects. Our services further include the complete permit process, expediting, and obtaining clearances from various city agencies. These services are offered to architects, engineers, developers, brokers, and homeowners. Mende Dhugga is the founder and president of Ascent Building Consultants LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from USC and has worked as a Building Plan Check Engineer with the Los Angeles City Building Department for over ten years. She later started her own company, designing and building luxury homes, tract homes, spec homes, fix-and-flip projects, land development with zone changes and subdivisions, renovations, and additions. Our work also includes commercial tenant improvements for retail spaces, offices, clinics, and restaurants.
