Real Estate is NOT a side gig. Not because you like design, or think it will be fun. The complicated transfer of your largest asset should be handled by a seasoned professional. This is not the time for your cousin’s husband who just got his license to do you a favor.

Part time means not having a finger on the pulse of the market or constantly updating contract law. Part timers definitely won’t have the necessary relationships to get the deal done that this super competitive market requires.
