Hardline App

Most construction decisions never make it past the conversation.

They live in phone calls, jobsite meetings, and quick chats between crews. Then details disappear, action items get missed, and the office is left chasing answers.

Hardline turns those conversations into clear notes, assigned tasks, and a searchable project history.

Your team does the talking, not the typing.

Hardline is available on iOS, Android, Mac Desktop, and the web.

Introducing Hardline x Meta AI Glasses

Hardline is one of the only platforms that can take notes on phone calls (both inbound and outbound). Without requiring user behavior to change, we capture the actual 70 to 100 calls a day crews already make. But calls are just one way information moves on a jobsite...

So today we’re launching Hardline on Meta Glasses. Now the photos, videos and voice notes you capture through your glasses land in Hardline (no pulling your phone out with gloves on) and become the daily log, the RFI, & punch item. Same way as calls do.

**And glasses are just one option. Hardline works with any bluetooth wearable, or just your iPhone camera and mic.

One app to capture everything on a jobsite, connected to every system you already run .

(currently live with Procore Technologies, Fieldwire by Hilti & Autodesk Forma).

$2M pre-seed. Locked in. 🚀

Led by Mucker Capital. Joined by Suffolk Technologies, StandUp Ventures, Nirman VC, and Alumni Ventures. The dream team!

The biggest decisions on a job happen on the phone - then vanish into memory until something goes sideways. Hardline captures those calls and turns them into daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, and change orders. No behavior change.

The voice layer of construction is here.

HIRE UPDATE!! Kimball Hill has joined Hardline as CTO!

Kimball joins us from Klarity (YC S18, Series B, $91M raised), where he was a principal architect on the AI systems powering process transformation at large enterprises.

Before Klarity, he built early multi-agent systems at Rasgo and started his career as a data scientist at KPMG, shipping production ML for large enterprises and federal clients.

He's stood up engineering teams from zero, taken products from spec to production in months, and is now taking on jobsite voice AI as his next challenge... and he's already making big moves 2 days in.

The top engineers in AI right now are watching where the messy, real-world work is... and he saw it.

Welcome to the team, Kimball!!

https://www.hardlineapp.com/post/are-women-about-to-save-construction

Research shows that once an industry crosses a critical mass of women, change becomes irreversible. Construction is not there yet. But it's closer than it's ever been.I want to pose a question. Not "how do we get more women in construction?" — that one gets asked constantly, usually right before t...
