The property sits on 1.8 acres, and features 20,000 square feet of interiors with 7 beds and 10 bathrooms. Kalanick was considered a Silicon Valley "badboy" and was removed as CEO of the company in 2017 due to a series of scandals related to sexual harassment and workplace culture. Kylie Jenner has just sold her longtime Hidden Hills home for $15.3 million after first listing it in March for $20.25 million. She bought the estate in late 2016 for $12.05 million when she was just 19, and it went on to serve as her primary residence during the earlier stretch of her rise as both a reality star and beauty mogul. Over the years, Jenner made extensive renovations throughout the property, turning it into one of the most recognizable homes in her real estate portfolio. Now, with her new $50 million custom-built mansion about a mile away finished, Kylie has put both this home and another Los Angeles property on the market as that newly completed estate becomes her main residence going forward. Justin and Hailey Bieber purchased their primary Los Angeles home in Beverly Park for $25.8 million in 2020. The couple scored a substantial discount on the estate, which had previously been listed for around $42 million before its price was reduced.

Set on roughly 2.5 acres inside one of Los Angeles' most exclusive guard-gated communities, the mansion spans about 11,145 square feet with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Originally built in the late 1980s, it underwent a multimillion-dollar modernization before the Biebers moved in. Inside are a dramatic two-story foyer, formal living and dining rooms, chef's kitchen, library, billiards room, gym, and a soundproof home theater.

The grounds are designed like a private resort, with an infinity-edge pool, full-size tennis court, expansive lawns, koi pond, covered outdoor living areas, barbecue and pizza oven, and plenty of space for their growing family. The Biebers have personalized the property further with vegetable planters, a fire pit, and children's play areas.

Beverly Park has long attracted some of Hollywood's biggest names, with past and present residents including Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, and Sofia Vergara.

For eight years, Angelina Jolie lived in a $25 million mansion that looked like a dream.

But for her, it also felt like a cage.

Jolie bought the Los Feliz home in 2017 for $24.95 million. It had six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and two acres of land. The famous director Cecil B. DeMille once lived there.

But Jolie had another reason to stay in Los Angeles.

Her custody deal with Brad Pitt meant she could not leave Los Angeles until all their children turned 18.

That changed in July, when twins Knox and Vivienne turned 18.

In May, Jolie listed the mansion for $29.85 million.

She also sold her New York apartment.

Now, she seems to want a different kind of life.

Instead of another huge home, she wants freedom to move between places, including Cambodia — the country where she filmed Tomb Raider in 2000, adopted Maddox in 2002, and built her foundation.

She was born in Los Angeles.

Sometimes, the greatest luxury is not owning more. It is being free enough to leave.

He bought it for $6.8 million. He tried to rent it. He tried to sell it for $9.5 million. Then he finally let it go…

Jeremy Piven, the actor who spent eight seasons as the relentlessly ambitious Ari Gold on Entourage, has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $6.85 million. The 6,210-square-foot Mount Olympus residence was purchased in 2017, but the path to sale proved circuitous. In 2024, Piven tested the rental market at $35,000 per month. When that didn't stick, he listed the property for $9.5 million in early 2025 — a significant ask given what he'd paid for it just years before.

The buyer eventually came in near his original purchase price, a quiet resolution to what had been a lingering listing. Sometimes a home that made sense at one moment in life simply doesn't at another. The market, it turns out, has its own timeline.

Shakira’s Miami Beach mansion stands as one of the most iconic celebrity homes in South Florida. The Colombian singer purchased the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom estate in 2001 for $3.3 million just before her breakout English-language single "Whenever, Wherever" launched her into global superstardom. Spanning nearly 9,000 square feet, the home fuses 1950s architecture with sleek, contemporary updates. Set along the water, the property features expansive views, a private dock, and an open floor plan designed for both privacy and entertaining. More photos in comments.

Chris Evans has parted ways with his longtime Hollywood Hills home. The “Captain America” star sold the 1940s hillside retreat for $5.385 million after initially asking nearly $7 million last year. Evans paid $3.5 million for the 4,600-square-foot property in 2013, shortly after beginning his run in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Set on three-quarters of an acre, the home has a guesthouse, pool, and sweeping views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
