Here’s a walkthrough of where we’re at so far on this project near Piedmont Hills High School in San Jose.

We’re officially moving into the finishes phase this week — one of the most exciting parts of the process when you finally start seeing the vision come together.

One of the biggest decisions we made on this property? Filling in the pool. Instead of maintaining a pool, we’re creating a clean, functional backyard with space for kids and pets to run, play, and actually use the yard.

The goal with every project is simple:

💰 For every $1 we invest, we want to create $2–$3 of value.

It’s all about finding the right opportunity, having a clear renovation strategy, and spending money where it creates the most return.
