A good realtor friend posted this & I couldn’t agree more! It IS about perspective! Understand that while renting works for some, home ownership works for others. If the interest rates have kept you from buying now I understand your perspective. Hear me out, as a tenant you pay 100% interest!! That’s right, 100%! Now consider the current market interest rates. Yeah that 6.5% interest rate doesn’t seem as terrifying.

If you want to look for your dream home I would be honored to book a few showings and see how it feels. I tell my clients, “you will know the perfect one for you when you walk into it”. Happy house hunting!
