August was another great month for rentals in the Denver Metro area. I'm seeing the return of "Accidental Landlords" with sellers who can't sell or can't get the price they'd hoped for and are deciding to rent for a year or two instead of selling. We are seeing more buyers continue to rent because mortgage prices have gone up. Rental demand is up, rent prices steady and I'm staying busy!
